New vision eye hospital conducted a one-day staff training program on 19th march 2023.
The program was based on three sessions. The 1st session was conducted by Mr Nikhil from
Essilor group, on the topic of New innovation lenses from Essilor. The 2nd session was
conducted by Mr Shibu Kallarackal (Grooming Expert and Soft Skills Developer) on the topic of
“Explore I and Extent to Eye” (professional grooming program). The 3rd session was also
conducted by Mr Shibu Kallarackal based on the topic of “Team management”.
